Looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement, I came across Sri Gurubharan Nagar by Thiru S Chandrasekaran. The location in Perundurai, Murugatholuvu, Erode is relatively calm. It's good that the Police Station Bus Stop is nearby, offering connectivity. I also appreciated that the Kongu Vellalar school is nearby at nearby, which is good for the local community. Since it's ready to move, I could inspect the plots directly. The main advantage here is the flexibility of building my own house on the plot. My only small worry is about the traffic noise from the main road, which is audible even from this distance sometimes.
