We finalized our 2 BHK flat in Sri Green Square after looking at a few options. The builtup area of 838 square feet is quite spacious for our family. It was important that the project was ready to move, and Sri Manishaa Homes delivered by March 2023. The price, around 40.22 Lakh, was at the higher end of our budget but manageable. The amenities provided are practical, including the paved compound and solid waste management. The distance to the Airport Metro Station is about 6.62 kilomete, which is manageable for commuting. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have multiple vehicles. It's a decent project overall.

I recently moved into Sri Green Square after retiring. The 838 square feet 2 BHK flat offeenough space for my needs. It's nice that the project is ready to move in, I didn't want to wait around. The Paved Compound is well-maintained, and knowing there is 24x7 CCTV Surveillance provides some peace of mind. The proximity to Peace On Green Earth Public School, just a 2-minute drive, is convenient for my grandchildren when they visit. The price was within my budget, around 40.22 Lakh for the larger unit. Overall, a comfortable place to settle down.

JIP Multi Speciality Hospital is only a 7-minute drive away, which is crucial for my professional. The 763 square feet 2 BHK flat is a good size for me, and it was ready to move into. The price at 36.62 Lakh was acceptable. The 24x7 Water Supply and power backup are non-negotiable for me. While the location is generally quiet, the traffic can get a bit heavy on the main road during peak hou, but that’s typical for Chennai West. The airport metro is also accessible.
