    I bought a 2 BHK apartment at Sri Grand Rosso, the 907 sq.ft configuration. It's a ready-to-move property, completed in October 2023. The price point for the larger 2 BHKs goes up to about 40 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space and amenities offered. The project is located in Chennai South, Guduvancheri, and has decent connectivity to the Grand Southern Trunk Road. I appreciate the solid waste management system they have in place, and the internal roads are well-constructed. The lift service is prompt. The only drawback is that during peak hou, the traffic on the roads leading to the main highway can be a bit slow. Otherwise, it’s a solid option for a family home.

It's great that the project is ready to move in. The proximity to ST. JOHN'S MAT. HR. SEC SCHOOL, a short distance, was a huge deciding factor for us. Deepam Hospital is also very close at 3 minutes, which is reassuring. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. One thing we noticed is that the internal roads could be a bit wider, sometimes it feels a little congested when vehicles meet. But generally, the amenities like 24x7 water supply are very helpful for daily living.

It's a ready-to-move project, and thankfully they finished construction by October 2023 as promised.
