We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Sri Golden Heritage for my parents. They wanted something comfortable and in a peaceful location. Vadgaon Kasba seemed like a good fit. The 2 BHKs are spacious, with carpet areas ranging from 568 to 596 square feet, which gives them plenty of room. Sri Sai Construction completed the project in December 2020. The amenities like the sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting show they've considered essential infrastructure. My parents are happy with the 24x7 water supply. The proximity to Holy Mother English Medium School and Paatil Hospital is a significant advantage for them. While I haven't seen it myself, they say the construction quality looks good.

I bought a 1 BHK in Sri Golden Heritage, measuring around 450 square feet carpet area. The project is by Sri Sai Construction, and it was ready to move by December 2020, which was convenient. Location in Vadgaon Kasba, Kolhapur, is developing. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and water conservation are practical. I found the carpet area for the 1 BHKs to be quite reasonable, fitting within the budget I had in mind for a small investment property. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. My only slight concern is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, a decent buy for the price and location.

We chose Sri Golden Heritage primarily for its proximity to schools. Holy Mother English Medium School is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for our daily commute. We got a 2 BHK flat, around 570 square feet carpet area. The project is by Sri Sai Construction and was ready by December 2020. Having Paatil Hospital so close is also reassuring. The common amenities like the sewage treatment plant and water conservation systems are good to have. The open sides of the property provide good ventilation. My only gripe is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, it's a practical choice for families.

Finally upgraded from our rental place to a 2 BHK in Sri Golden Heritage. The size is great, around 580 square feet carpet area, which is a big jump for us. We liked that it was ready to move by December 2020, so no waiting around. The location in Vadgaon Kasba is quieter than the main city, which we prefer. Sri Sai Construction provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The closed car parking is a definite plus. Our main concern is the road access; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, making it slightly tricky sometimes with traffic. But for the space and the price point we managed, it's a good deal.

The access road could be better maintained, but that’s a minor issue.
