It is ready to move. The concept of private apartments with no common walls is excellent for quiet living. The landscaping and tree planting provide a pleasant environment. Sri Garudadri Constructions also included rain water harvesting, which is a responsible feature. The ground plus three structure means fewer people on each floor. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about future aspects.
