The presence of a community hall means they have a place to socialize. It is heartening to see them in a ready to move home that is well connected to the city center and medical facilities.

However, the nearby roads get a bit noisy during peak houbecause of the traffic moving towards the bus complex. I inspected the 696.43 square feet carpet area layout before signing and it seems standard for this area. Sri Ganesh Buildedelivered the project on time by December 2023. I am happy with the inclusion of fire sprinkleand power backup as these are essential for safety and maintenance. The rental yields in this pocket are decent. I just wish the approach road was a bit wider for better accessibility. Overall, it is a straightforward deal.
