SBOA School & Junior College is literally nearby, so no more early morning rushes or long bus rides for the kids. Lifeline Hospitals being at the same distance is also a major relief for any parent. We got a 3 BHK villa which has 1200 Sq.ft built up space. It is ready to move in, which meant we could settle in quickly after deciding. The location in Kumaran Nagar, near Perambur, is quite decent. The only minor issue we are facing is the parking. It can be a bit tight if multiple family membehave caWe are still figuring out the best way to manage it. Sri Durga Foundations Pvt Ltd built this some yeaago, but the structure seems solid.
