SBOA School & Junior College is literally zero kilometeaway, which means no more stressful commutes for the kids. The flat size is around 900 square feet, which is enough for our small family. We are happy it is ready to move in. My wife also liked that the hospital is very close by. The general atmosphere of the locality is good, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Overall, we are pleased with the choice.
