Moving to Hyderabad for work and needed something close to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals, which is conveniently nearby. Sri Durga seemed like a good option for its location in Begumpet. The 4 BHK flats are quite spacious at 3200 Sq.ft saleable area, which is important for me after a long day. It's ready to move which saves a lot of hassle. The price is on the higher side, starting at 1.92 Crore, but the proximity to the hospital and Prakash Nagar Metro Station (also 0.26 KM) makes it worth considering. I did notice the traffic on the main road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commute.

I have recently moved into Sri Durga in Begumpet, North Hyderabad. The 3200 Sq.ft 4 BHK flat is spacious and has a spectacular view of the national park, which is very calming. Being ready to move in August 2018 was a plus, and it’s nice to have amenities like 100% vastu complaint features and community buildings. The proximity to The Hyderabad Public School is also convenient. However, the price of 1.92 Crore is quite steep, even for this area. Also, the open car parking spaces can be a bit chaotic when visitoarrive, and I've noticed the noise from the main road can be audible inside the apartment at times, especially during the day.

The project is located in North Hyderabad, Begumpet, which offegood connectivity. The price point of 1.92 Crore onwards is substantial, but the spacious properties and the spectacular view of the national park are definite draws. Sri Durga Developehave included amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply. However, the OC received status is not available, which is something to clarify before finalizing any investment. Also, the closed car parking is a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles.

I'm buying this 4 BHK flat at Sri Durga for my parents who are relocating to Hyderabad. The 3200 Sq.ft saleable area should be more than enough for them. Its ready-to-move status is perfect, so they can settle in quickly. The location in Begumpet is excellent, very close to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals and Prakash Nagar Metro Station, making it convenient for them to access medical facilities and travel. The price of 1.92 Crore is reasonable for such a large and well-located property. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like rainwater harvesting and a fire fighting system, which adds to the safety and sustainability. We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat and found Sri Durga. The 3200 Sq.ft 4 BHK configuration is very large for us, but we liked the idea of having extra space. The location in Begumpet, North Hyderabad, is decent, with The Hyderabad Public School nearby for future needs. The price of 1.92 Crore is quite high for us, and we are still considering if it fits our budget. They have good amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and solid waste management. My only worry is the lack of an available OC, which makes us a bit hesitant about the legalities. The view of the national park is a nice touch though.
