The 2000 square feet built-up space is fantastic, giving each of our kids their own room and a study area. It's great that it's ready to move into. Narayana e-Techno School is conveniently located only 2.8 kilometeaway, making school runs much easier. My husband also likes that it’s relatively close to the Madhavaram Mofussil Bus Terminus, about 9.6 kilomete, for when he needs to travel out of the city. The construction by Sri Durga Foundations Pvt Ltd seems solid. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

I was looking for a independent place and Sri Durga Ashirwadh seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK Villa is quite spacious at 2000 square feet built up area, which gives me plenty of room. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. Getting to my office in the city takes a bit longer than I'd like, around 40 minutes depending on traffic, but the peace of living here makes up for it. The school distance is manageable, Narayana e-Techno School is just under 3 kilometeaway. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the construction quality looks decent for the price point, although the budget details weren't clear initially.
