  My partner and I were looking for a place in a central Chennai location, and Sri Chakra Temple Tree caught our eye. Being ready to move was a big factor for us, as we're eager to settle in. Nungambakkam is a great area, and having MGM Healthcare nearby provides peace of mind. The apartment layouts we saw were functional, though we didn't get exact square footage details. What we didn't like so much was the noise from the nearby road during our site visit, which can be a bit much sometimes. Also, we heard that the parking spaces can be a bit tight, which might be an issue for us. We are still weighing our options, but the location is definitely a strong point for Sri Chakra Builde' project.

  We were looking to upgrade from our rental and found Sri Chakra Temple Tree. The location in Nungambakkam is quite convenient for our jobs. Being close to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a huge plus for future planning, it's only a 4-minute drive. The project is ready to move which was ideal for us as we didn't want to wait. The rooms seem a decent size, though we haven't seen all configurations. One thing we noticed is that Mahalingapuram can get quite busy, especially during peak hou, so commuting might take a bit longer than expected. We are hoping the builder, Sri Chakra Builde, has managed the parking well as that's often an issue in this area. Overall, it feels like a good step up for us.

The proximity to Mahalingapuram and major transport hubs like Kodambakkam Power Bus Stop (a short distance) adds to its appeal. My only slight concern is the potential for property appreciation in such a developed area compared to newer, rapidly growing suburbs. However, the immediate rental yield potential is attractive.

  I recently bought a flat at Sri Chakra Temple Tree in Mahalingapuram. The main reason was the excellent connectivity and the fact that it's ready to move. It’s very close to the Kodambakkam Power Bus Stop, which makes my daily commute much easier, taking only about 7 minutes. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are paramount, and this location in Chennai Central offethat. I also like that Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is just a 4-minute drive away, though I don't have children yet, it’s good to know the infrastructure is there. The building itself seems well-maintained, and Sri Chakra Buildedelivered on time. The only minor drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s temporary.

  We chose Sri Chakra Temple Tree in Nungambakkam because it's a ready-to-move property and the location is fantastic for our family. Having Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School a short distance was a deciding factor for us. It saves us so much time in the mornings. Also, MGM Healthcare being so close is reassuring. The apartments seem reasonably spacious, and the overall feel of the community is pleasant. Sri Chakra Buildehas a decent reputation. The area around Mahalingapuram can get congested, and finding parking can be a challenge sometimes, which is a bit of a worry for us with two caWe are hoping to get a unit with a good view. It feels like a solid choice for our growing family.
