We moved into Sri Chaitanya ToweBlock B about six months ago. The location in Kukatpally is very convenient, especially with Akshara International School just a short drive away. Our 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, around 1445 square feet, which gives the kids enough room to play. The 24/7 water supply is reliable, a big plus. The only slight issue is the traffic during peak hougetting onto the main road. We are still waiting for the OC, which is a bit concerning, but otherwise, the Sri Chaitanyaram Buildeseem to have delivered a good product.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in a well-connected area. Sri Chaitanya ToweBlock B in North Hyderabad fit the bill. I purchased a 2 BHK flat which is about 1100 square feet, a good manageable size for me. The construction was completed in 2019 and the project is ready to move in, which was important. I appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems. My only minor complaint is the parking area, it can feel a bit congested if many residents park their caat once. The hospital is also nearby, which gives peace of mind.

The price was 76.58 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget but we felt the space justified it. The developer, Sri Chaitanyaram Builde, has included essential features like 24/7 water supply. The connectivity to the main road could be slightly better; accessing it involves a few narrow lanes.
