The proximity to Mangalore Airport (13.60 KM) is convenient for our frequent work trips. We loved the gymnasium and the swimming pool for our active lifestyle. The price of 85 Lakh was at the higher end of our budget, but the quality and amenities offered by Sri Balaji Constructions seem to justify it. Being a gated community with 24x7 security gives us peace of mind when we are away.
