Vishnu Foundation has provided 24/7 water supply and car parking, which are crucial for us. The proximity to Velammal school (0.8 km) is also a bonus for visiting grandchildren. The apartment is comfortable, and the lifts are working well. My only minor issue is that the parking space feels a bit cramped if many residents park at the same time. The price for our unit was around 48 Lakhs. It is a good, stable place to settle down.

    Our main priority was proximity to schools, and Velammal New Gen School is just nearby, which is fantastic. We bought a 3 BHK apartment which is around 1100 square feet, giving us ample room for the kids to play inside. Medavakkam Bus Depot is also very close, making travel easier for my husband. The project is Sri Balaji Flats by Vishnu Foundation. We liked the sports area they have included. The only downside is that construction dust is still a bit of an issue in the common areas, but I expect that to settle down. The water supply is 24/7, which is a relief. We paid about 55 Lakhs for our unit.
