We chose Sri Balaji Enclave because of its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is literally nearby. That was a huge deciding factor for us. We purchased a plot of 646 Sq.ft to start with, planning to build our dream home. The project is ready to move, which is a big relief. The 24X7 water supply and power backup amenities are essential for a family. While the location is good for schools, the internal roads and footpaths need better finishing. It felt a bit dusty during our visits. The Sri Balaji Group seems to be developing the area well overall.
