Our main priority was a good location for the kids' school, and the Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School being just a stone's throw away was a massive deciding factor. It's a ready to move project by Redundant in Mugalivakkam. The area is developing nicely. We also appreciate being close to CIPACA Healthcare Services Private Limited, which gives us peace of mind. The flat is comfortable for our family. However, one thing we've noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be an issue, especially when the wind blows in a certain direction. We are hoping this reduces over time as those projects complete. The access to the Periyapanicherry Bus Stop is a bit far, nearby, so we rely more on our car for longer commutes.
