I bought a 3 BHK unit here as an investment, looking for rental income potential in North Hyderabad. The flat size is 4412 square feet, a good offering. Sri Aditya Landmark is developed by Sri Aditya Homes Pvt. Ltd. And was completed in September 2013. The price range is between 2.52 Crore and 3.31 Crore. The connectivity is decent, with NH65 about 2 kilometeaway. The availability of a clubhouse and multipurpose room are good selling points for tenants. While the project is ready to move, the lack of OC received is a minor point to consider for resale value down the line.

The price point, starting from 2.52 Crore, is competitive for the size and location. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also a plus for working from home. The only drawback I've noticed is that the car parking spaces feel a bit tight.

The location in North Hyderabad, Somajiguda is very convenient, with Nasr Girls' School just a short walk away at 0.62 kilometeWe also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium for our daily routine. The waiting lounge is a nice touch when guests arrive.

My primary reason for choosing this property was its proximity to Necklace Road, only 3 kilometeaway, and also the fact that it is ready to move. The price was on the higher side, around 3.31 Crore, but the location in Somajiguda is prime. Sri Aditya Homes Pvt. Ltd. Has equipped the complex with good amenities like a swimming pool and ample car parking. My only concern is the traffic on Necklace Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.

Has provided a jogging track and a swimming pool, which we are looking forward to using. The overall cost for a 3 BHK is around 2.52 Crore upwards. The area feels established and peaceful, though sometimes the noise from nearby roads can be noticeable.
