    I purchased a 2 BHK in Sri Acropolis about two yeaago as an investment. The built-up area is 1590 square feet and the price was around 1 Crore. Whitefield is a developing area, so I was expecting good rental appreciation. The project was completed a while ago, back in May 2005, so it's not new. The amenities like the gymnasium and indoor games are good for tenants. My main concern is the lack of readily available bank financing information for potential buye, which could slow down future sales. The proximity to Kadugodi Metro Station at nearby is a definite plus point for connectivity.

    Settling into our new 3 BHK at Sri Acropolis in Belatur Colony, Whitefield. It's a spacious 1619 square feet flat. We chose this project because it is ready to move in and had a good selection of amenities, including landscaped gardens and a community hall. The price was about 1.02 Crore, which was acceptable for the area. The biggest drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby; it gets everywhere. However, the Vastu compliance was a non-negotiable for us. We are hoping the developer, Sri Rama Develope, addresses the dust issue with neighbouring sites soon.     This Sri Acropolis project in Whitefield is quite established now, being completed way back in May 2005. I bought a 3 BHK flat here which has a built-up area of 1619 square feet. The price was around 1.02 Crore, which felt a little high for its age but the location in Belatur Colony is convenient for my business. The Olympic size swimming pool is a nice touch and the maintenance staff seem to be on top of things. Having the Kadugodi Metro Station just under a kilometer away is also a big plus for employee commutes. Vastu compliant is important for us, so that was a good factor.
