Also Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals is very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The carpet area for the 3 BHK is around 1102 Sq.ft to 1104 Sq.ft, which seems decent for our family. Construction is under way and expected to finish by December 2026. The location in South Dum Dum is quite convenient. However, the distance to Jessore Road is nearby, which might mean slightly more traffic noise sometimes.
