However, the price is quite steep compared to other options in the city, which might affect rental yields in the short term. I am hoping the area develops further to justify the cost. The location in Parthasarathypuram is quite convenient, especially since MGM Healthcare is only about 1.86 kilometeaway, which is a major plus for my work. The 3 BHK flat is spacious at 1436 square feet, giving us enough room. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a bother, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. We chose Sreenivas Ramakripa because of its proximity to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is only 1.86 kilometeaway. It makes the morning commute for the kids so much easier. The 3 BHK flat we got is 1436 square feet, which is spacious enough for our family of four. The building has been ready to move since March 2021. We really like the closed car parking facility as we have two caOne small issue we've noticed is that traffic can get a bit congested on the main roads during peak hou, but that's common in Chennai South. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live.

My main concern is the accessibility to the main road; you have to navigate a couple of smaller streets to get there, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes. As I am living abroad, I needed a reliable place for my parents in Chennai South. Sreenivas Ramakripa seemed like a good option from Sreenivas Housing. The 3 BHK configuration is 1436 square feet, which is plenty of space for them. It's ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after completion in March 2021. The proximity to AG DMS Metro Station at 1.81 kilometeis useful for them to travel around the city easily. My only worry is that OC was not available, which I hope doesn't cause any future issues. The closed car parking is also a good feature for their car.
