It is ready to move in, which is convenient. The developer, Sreenidhi Projects, has included amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which are thoughtful. The location in Sangareddy district is developing. However, I felt the parking area could be a bit more spacious. Also, the OC received status was not available, which is a point to consider for some buyeThe Chanda Nagar Bus Stop is a short distance.

The proximity to SURYA GLOBAL SCHOOL, a short distance, was the main reason we chose Sreenidhi Narayana. Having a good school so close makes the daily commute for our children much easier. We purchased a 3 BHK which is about 869 sq.ft, plenty of space for the family. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The price was 48 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the location and amenities like the electrical meter room and closed car parking. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down once things are fully complete. Medicover Hospitals being a short distance is also reassuring for emergencies.

We were looking for something ready to move in and Sreenidhi Narayana fit the bill. The 2 BHK we looked at is 685 sq.ft which felt decent for us. Ameenpur location is okay for now, my husband's office is about a 40-minute drive. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The building has closed car parking which is good. Construction seems solid enough. We haven't seen the recreation facilities yet, but the water conservation and rainwater harvesting are nice eco-friendly touches. Overall, it's a good buy for a fit home, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.
