We decided on Sreenidhi E City because it's relatively close to Treamis Schools, about a 10-minute drive. The 2 BHK we looked at was 1125 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family. Having a kid's pool and a proper swimming pool is great for the weekends. The landscaping looks good too, very green. One thing we are a bit worried about is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, especially when dropping the kids off. The price point for the 2 BHK apartments, starting around 70.66 Lakh, was within our budget. Sreenidhi Developeseem to have decent construction quality, from what we've seen.

The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and badminton court, which I plan to use regularly. The price for the 3 BHKs goes up to 1.01 Crore, which is a significant investment, but the built-up area justifies it. I also liked the rain water harvesting system they have implemented. I am hoping the solid waste management system works well in the long run. Overall, a decent place for a family.

We looked at Sreenidhi E City for a quiet retirement home. The 2 BHK apartments are about 1115 Sq.ft to 1125 Sq.ft, which is a good size. The project has essential amenities like a lift and landscaping. The price starts around 70.66 Lakh. However, the main road access could be better; you have to use a narrow lane for a bit to reach the main road. Also, the distance to Kauvery Hospital is nearby, which is a bit far if there's an emergency. The construction materials seem premium. My only concern is that the OC received date is not yet available, which is a bit concerning before making a final decision.
