We were looking for a plot in South Hyderabad and found Sree Suvidha Imperial City. The location in Mankhal seemed promising for future growth. We liked the idea of buying a plot so we can build our dream home later. They offer different plot sizes, we looked at the 1537 Sq.ft option. It’s ready to move which is good, although we aren't planning to build immediately. The developer, Sree Suvidha Develope, seems to have basic amenities like storm water drains. The main issue for us is the travel time to our IT offices in the Gachibowli area, it's quite a long drive daily. We are still considering if the commute is worth it for the plot.
