We were looking for a ready to move flat in Chennai South and found Sree Sai Tulive. The 1185 sq.ft 2 BHK size was perfect for us. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security. The children's play area is also a good size. Getting to the airport metro station takes about 15 minutes, which is convenient for travel. Our only small issue is that the roads leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially near Mugalivakkam main road. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which was within our budget. Sree Sai Foundations seems to have finished the project on time, which is good.
