We decided on Sree Residency mainly because it's so close to Gitanjali International School, just a five-minute drive. That was a huge factor for us with two young kids. The area in Kompally is developing nicely too. We looked at the amenities and the gymnasium and the cycling track were definite plus points for staying active. The project is still under construction, expected completion is April 2029, so we have some time. The location near the ORR exit is convenient for family trips out of the city. One small thing is that the roads around Bahadurpally can get a bit dusty during construction, but that's normal for new areas. Overall, we are happy with our decision for our family's future home.
