The proximity to Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a big benefit for anyone working long houI spoke with the team at Sree Veda Developeand they were helpful with my initial queries. The project is under construction right now, and while the progress seems steady, I am a bit worried about the approach roads being narrow in some stretches during the rainy season. It is not too far from the Kankaragunta Bridge which makes getting around much easier. I would like to see more details on the final floor plans before I finalize anything, but overall it seems like a solid choice for my fit home purchase.

My wife and I visited the Sree Raise Homes site last weekend because we wanted a place near our office route. Sree Veda Developementioned the project will be finished by April 2026 which fits our timeline perfectly for moving out of our current rental. The location in Mallikarjuna Puram Colony is quite convenient for daily commuting. However we did notice a lot of ongoing construction work on the Hindupur-Kadiri Hwy nearby so there is quite a bit of dust and noise at the moment. We hope that once the construction is done, the area will be much quieter. We are still comparing a few other options in Guntur but this one is definitely on our final list because of the accessibility to main roads.
