It’s ready to move, which meant no long waiting periods. The location in Kolathur is accessible. Having 24/7 water supply and a lift are practical necessities for any family. My husband liked that the property is Vastu compliant. The construction quality seems solid from our inspection. The budget was a bit stretched, but it's a significant purchase for us. We are happy with the space provided in the flat.
