This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Sree Meadows Two. I bought a 2 BHK, which is 1000 sq.ft. It was important for me that the project is ready to move. The price was in my budget, about 55 Lakh. The location near the metro station, nearby, is really good for getting around Kolkata. I also looked at the amenities like car parking and lifts, which are functional. The developer, Sree Ram Builder, seemed trustworthy. One thing I noticed is that the rooms are a decent size, but perhaps could have been a little larger for future needs. Still, for a fit-time buyer, it feels like a good start.

The location in New Town, DLF 2, is excellent because Delhi Public School is so close, nearby. The price range for the 3 BHK is around 66 Lakh, which felt fair for the space and location. We appreciate the provision of car parking and lifts. Security is also covered with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only slight concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. However, the convenience of the location and the size of the flat outweigh this for us. Sree Ram Builder has delivered a functional home.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Sree Meadows Two. It's around 1000 sq.ft and feels quite spacious for us. We really liked that it's ready to move in, so we could settle immediately. The location in New Town, DLF 2 is convenient, especially with the metro station nearby. It makes commuting to work much easier. The price was within our budget, falling in the 55 to 66 Lakh range. We were a bit worried about the construction quality initially, but it looks solid. The main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Also, the super builtup area of 1000 sq.ft feels a little compact once furniture is in.
