Having Amrita Vidyalayam and Kauvery Hospital so close by is a definite plus, almost zero distance. The fact that it is ready to move in means I can start planning construction whenever needed. However, the road access to Nachikurichy might be a bit challenging during peak hou, as it's not directly on a major highway. I am also a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas impacting the plot. Overall, it's a promising location.
