    We chose Sree Daksha Sanshray Phase II because of its proximity to schools. Chinmaya Vidyalaya is only about 2.5 kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for us. We booked a 2 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of around 1100 square feet, a good size for our small family. The project has a children's play area, which the kids are already enjoying. Having a swimming pool is also a great bonus for weekends. The location in Vadavalli is peaceful. The only downside is that the traffic on Thondamuthur Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, especially when heading towards the city center. The price was within our budget, around 45 Lakh for our flat.
