We recently moved into our 3 BHK in Sree Daksha Kshiptha. The Manchester International School is just nearby, which is perfect for our children. The apartment has a good built-up area, around 1628 square feet, providing ample room for our family. The children’s play area and landscaping are nice touches. However, the traffic on Kulumani Main Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, especially when trying to get to NH67 which is nearby. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is peaceful. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. We are happy with the decision to move here.

We were renting in Coimbatore and finally decided to buy our own place. We chose a 2 BHK in Sree Daksha Kshiptha. The built-up area is around 1350 square feet, which is a significant upgrade from our rental. The location in Saravanampatti is quite convenient, though reaching TeacheColony Bus Stop takes nearby. We are impressed with the amenities offered, especially the swimming pool and the well-maintained landscaping. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the quality of construction and the ready-to-move status made it worthwhile. My only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, but that should settle down.

I looked at a 2 BHK unit, which had a built-up area of about 1300 square feet. The project was completed in May 2013, making it a mature asset. The amenities like the jogging track and mini theatre are definite plus points for attracting tenants if one were to rent it out. The proximity to NH67, nearby, is also beneficial for connectivity. My partner and I bought a 1 BHK apartment in Sree Daksha Kshiptha. It’s a ready-to-move-in property in Saravanampatti. The built-up area is 797 square feet, which is comfortable for us as a couple. We liked the idea of having a club house and a gymnasium within the premises. The price was around 40 Lakh, which fit our budget. The location near Victoria Road is quite accessible. One thing we noticed is that the parking space seems a bit limited if you have guests over. Other than that, the 24x7 water supply and landscaping are good features.
