Choosing this location was mostly because of the Primary school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni nearby. It makes life so much easier for us as parents. We have booked a 2 BHK at Sree Arjun Arcade and the 828.39 square feet carpet area is designed well. Sree Vishnu Buildeare handling the project and they seem to have a good reputation in this part of Vijayawada. We are counting down to June 2027 for the completion. The amenities like 24X7 water supply are essential for a family with kids. We visited the site recently and the location is quite central. There are many spots like Amigos nearby for family dinnewhich is a big plus. We feel this is a very practical choice for our daily family life.

Relocating to Vijayawada was a big task but finding this place made it easier. I looked at the 3 BHK layout at Sree Arjun Arcade and the size is quite decent. Being close to Capital Hospitals is a major advantage for my work schedule. I have been following the progress by Sree Vishnu Buildeand they seem to be following the timeline for the June 2027 completion. Access to the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road is very easy from here which helps me save time during emergencies. One small concern is that the parking area might get crowded once all units are occupied. Apart from that, the building design seems practical and the safety features like the fire alarm are reassuring for residents.

Decided to invest in Sree Arjun Arcade because of its proximity to the AutoNagar Terminal Bus Stop. Being a business owner, connectivity is my top priority. The property by Sree Vishnu Buildeis located well on the main stretch near National Highway-5. I checked the plans for the 3 BHK apartments which offer about 1059 square feet of carpet area. It is a good size for a family. My only complaint is that the construction site is currently quite dusty due to the road work nearby, but that is expected with any project under development. I am hoping the finishing work is done properly by the time we get the keys in June 2027. It is a solid project for anyone looking to stay in Poranki.
