The nearby Miyapur Metro Station is only about 1.63 kilometeaway, which is great for commuting. They also have a children's play area, which I thought would be good for future use. The 24x7 security is also a reassuring feature for a fit-time buyer like myself. The price point was within my budget. The only minor issue is that the construction dust is still a bit noticeable around the site, but I expect that to settle down soon. Overall, a good starting point.
