The 3 BHK Villa is exactly what I was looking for, offering 2300 Sq.ft of space. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief given my impending move. The 24X7 water supply and power backup are essential amenities for me. The price of 1.4 Crore onwards is reasonable for the location and size. My only reservation is the lack of readily available bank options for home loans mentioned in the project details, which might be a slight inconvenience for some buyeFire sprinkleand video door security add to the safety.

The project is ready to move, which was a major plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The Vastu compliant design was also important. Location in Vadavalli is developing nicely. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit unusual for a project completed in September 2022. I hope that gets sorted soon. The landscaping looks good.

We just moved into our new villa at Sree Amitra Adah in Vadavalli. It's a lovely 3 BHK, very spacious at 2300 Sq.ft. We loved the idea of solar water heating and the jogging track for our evening runs. Power backup is also a relief. The price point of 1.4 Crore was at the higher end of our budget but the proximity to UnSchool and Rao Hospital, both nearby, made it a convenient choice for us. The video door security gives us peace of mind. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to Puliakulam.
