I appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting features. The only downside is the access road to the project, which can be a bit narrow and congested during peak hou, making the 8-minute walk to the Gulmohar Colony Bus Stop feel longer sometimes. We liked that Sree Altair is ready to move in, although the final completion is July 2025.
