Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great additions for relaxation after work. My husband likes that it is Vastu compliant. The area is developing, and it’s reasonably close to where we teach. The only small concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down.
