As a government employee, I need a reliable place to stay and SRC Royal Grand seems like a dependable choice for the long term. I booked a 3 BHK unit with 1186 square feet carpet area. SRC Buildehas kept the site clean despite the ongoing work. The location is excellent, especially with STEM SCHOOL nearby, making it a great area for families. While I am satisfied with the project details, the project is under construction, and reaching the site through the current approach roads can be a bit tricky due to ongoing civic work. Once the June 2027 completion date rolls around, I expect the area to be much better developed. For now, it is a decent investment for my future retirement home in Guntur.

We finally chose to move to SRC Royal Grand because of how close it is to STEM SCHOOL which makes life very easy for our two children. We went for the 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 844 square feet. It is not a massive flat but the space is planned nicely for a small family. SRC Buildeseem professional and the construction progress is visible every time we drive by. We are a bit concerned about the traffic near Kankaragunta Bridge during peak hou, but that is common in Guntur these days. At least we are getting a new home in a good neighborhood.
