I was looking for a comfortable home after yeaof service. Sraddha Silver Spring in Brookefield, Bengaluru East, seemed like a peaceful place. The developer is Sradha Group. I liked the 2 BHK flats, they are spacious at 1257 Sq.ft. It's ready to move in, so no waiting period. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice, green feel. They also have a swimming pool and gymnasium which I plan to use. It’s good that they have 24x7 security and a fire fighting system in place. The location is decent, close to Manipal Hospital. My only slight worry is about the parking availability, though not explicitly stated.
