The 2 BHK apartments are spacious, around 1300 Sq.ft, offering enough room for my children. The price of approximately 60 Lakhs is reasonable. While it's ready to move, the surrounding area does get a bit dusty during construction phases of nearby projects, but that's common in developing zones.
