The proximity to Kukatpally Metro Station, about 5.92 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage for future rental potential. SR Buildehas a reputation for timely delivery, which is important for an investment property. The amenities like power backup and a sewage treatment plant are also good selling points. While the OC is not yet available, I am confident in the developer's ability to resolve this.
