I liked that SR Group included important facilities like a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting. The proximity to Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur (0.9 km) is a big plus for emergencies. The Rajajinagar Metro Station is also not too far, nearby, which is good for longer travel. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas, it’s noticeable. But for the price, it’s a fair deal.
