The 2500 square feet built-up area gives them plenty of space. SR Homes 5 is located in South City 2, a familiar neighborhood for them. It is close to amenities like DAV Public School and Park Hospital, which are important for their daily needs. While the price of 3.4 Crore onwards is substantial, the peace of mind knowing they have a comfortable home is worth it. I wish they had mentioned the completion date and OC status more clearly though.
