We chose SR Homes 2 because of its proximity to Lotus Valley International School, which is practically next door. The kids don't have to travel far anymore. The 4 BHK builder floor is large enough for our growing family, giving everyone their own space. We got it for around 5.41 Cr. The building has a lift which is helpful for carrying groceries and for my elderly parents when they visit. Water storage and 24x7 water supply are reliable. The only downside is the dust on Sohna Road can be quite noticeable sometimes, especially during dry weather. Other than that, we are happy with the decision.

The amenities like reserved parking and maintenance staff are quite useful. The only thing is the connectivity to the metro isn't great, Sector 55-56 station is quite far. But for our daily needs, it's fine.

The location on Sohna Road is strategic, offering good connectivity to Golf Coue Extension Road as well. The price was 5.41 Cr, which is quite significant, but the space justifies it. We have ample room for everyone. The availability of maintenance staff and water storage is good. My only reservation is the traffic on Sohna Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, making commutes longer than expected sometimes. Otherwise, the project meets our needs well.
