I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in SR Driva. The built-up area is 1153 square feet, which is quite comfortable. It was a ready to move project by SR Group, completed in 2013, so I could see the actual flat and its condition. The price started at 42.66 Lakh. The location in Punappa Layout, off Hennuru Cross Road, is accessible. I particularly liked the provision for a children's play area and the availability of lifts. My only minor issue is the lack of readily available parking space if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, it’s a decent property for the price paid.

As a business owner, I need convenience and SR Driva delivered on that. The flat size is a good 1153 square feet for a 2 BHK. It's ready to move, which was perfect because I didn't want to wait for construction. The price was 42.66 Lakh, which is quite reasonable for Bengaluru, especially in North Bangalore. I checked the amenities and they have a lift and power backup, which are essential. My main concern is the traffic getting to Hennuru Cross Road during peak hou, it can be a bit much sometimes.
