The proximity to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, just 500 meteaway, provides peace of mind. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, which is quite large at 1448 sq.ft. The kids' play area and kid's pool are definite highlights for us. The developer, Ayush Infra Group, has also provided a badminton court, which is great for family activities. While the price range of 60.82 Lakh for the 3 BHK is a bit high, the amenities and location justify it. The entrance lobby looks quite grand.
