The price was around 1.7 Cr, which I felt was reasonable given the amenities and the developer's reputation. My only reservation is the connectivity during peak hou, as Tukkuguda can get busy. However, the proximity to The Aga Khan Academy, about 8 kilometeaway, is convenient for visiting family.
