The 4 BHK villas are quite large, starting from 2250 sq.ft up to 2660 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. We liked the idea of the Senior Citizen Siteout and the general quietness of the location. It's a ready-to-move property, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The price range of 1.46 Cr to 1.73 Cr seemed reasonable for a villa of this size in Bengaluru East. The developer, SPT Group, has completed the project as of March 2022. The swimming pool and indoor games are nice additions for when the grandkids visit.
