We are looking at a 2 BHK apartment, ideally around 1000 sq.ft built-up area. The project is ready to move in, which saves us a lot of hassle. My kids are excited about the children's play area. The developer, Springseas BDK Develope, seems reliable. My only concern is the parking; it seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests over.
