The villas are 2 BHK with a built-up area of 794 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for us. Being close to The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital at nearby is a relief. The landscaping and tree planting around the community is quite pleasant. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium for staying active. The cricket pitch is a nice touch too, even if I don't play anymore. The area near Vedapatti is peaceful. We are happy with the overall environment.

It’s located near Vedapatti, which is a developing area in Coimbatore. The proximity to Bharathi School at nearby is a definite plus.

The sea facing tag is a bit misleading for Coimbatore though.
