One thing I've noticed is that the lift can sometimes be a bit slow during busy periods, especially in the evenings. However, the overall ambiance and the availability of essential amenities like the swimming pool make up for it. It feels quite secure and well-managed.

  I moved into Springfield SheltePark about six months ago, seeking a peaceful retirement. The project is a gated community and the temple within the premises is very convenient for my daily prayeI was looking for a ready-to-move-in flat, and this 3 BHK measuring 1585 square feet was perfect. The jogging track is also a nice addition for staying active. While the location in Ramanathapuram is good, sometimes the traffic near National Highway 47 can be a bit much during peak houOverall, the construction seems solid and the amenities provided are well-maintained.

  We wanted a modern home in a well-connected part of Coimbatore. Springfield SheltePark in Ramanathapuram caught our eye. The 3 BHK flat size of 1585 square feet is quite generous for us.   We needed a larger home for our growing family and found Springfield SheltePark. The 3 BHK flat is 1585 square feet, which is ample room for my wife, two children, and myself. Vidhya Niketan Public School is practically next door, which was a major deciding factor for us. The children's play area and the amphitheater are great for weekend family time. The gated community aspect provides good security. The only minor issue is that the roads around Ramanathapuram can get quite congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Otherwise, the complex itself is quite serene.
